This is a bucolic OFF-GRID camping experience! IT IS NOT A LUXURY HOTEL!

It is Off-grid – there is no mains electricity

Rustic compost toilet facilities with a fantastic view

Warm outdoor shower in a hedge

Optional Bell Tent available for an extra £25 a night (own bedding required)

Private and secluded on our 110 acre National Trust tenanted farm – we are a nature friendly regenerative farm in the heart of the Cotswolds, lots of wildlife and easy scenic walking direct from the wagon.

You will be the only people staying on our farm.

Sandy Hill is a working farm, the wagon is located next to The Bowsen (our barn and cattle handling facility) on occasion during your stay we will be using the farm buildings.

The wagon is accessed by driving along a stone track across two fields, accessible by any sensibly driven car.

½ mile from the beautiful historic village of Sherborne, where you will find a well stocked village shop.

3 miles from Bourton on the Water – pubs, restaurants, supermarket, ice cream, fish and chips, Birdland!

7 miles from Burford, 9 miles from both The Cotswold Wildlife Park and Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park.
